The UrbanDeva…

I’m soft launching a new site this bank holiday weekend for a great friend of mine Jacque Williams, aka the Urban Deva. This is much more than a site launch - its a much needed push in the positive direction in a world obsessed with doom and gloom.

Anyone who’s fed up (like me) of listening to the current news bulletins of war, terror, misery and suffering, all things that the TV networks seem to consider cash worthy, will enjoy jacque’s regular blog posts on where we are right now as a collective consciousness and more importantly where we are heading.

I think that the new media and publishing 2.0 will have a huge part to play in what we currently call “the news” as the mainstream media starts/continues to rely on the blogosphere for its content, I believe/hope we will see a shift from the “doom merchant” attitude currently being spread by our news networks to something more uplifting and achievable, something we can all take part in and feel a part of - this in essence it what the Urban Deva is all about.

Do yourself a positive favour and add her feed to your rss reader, it could well be the most positive thing you do this month if not this year, if not this millenium!
