Microsoft ASP.NET

I have worked with Microsoft ASP.NET since its initial release and have gained a lot of experience with this technology over the last 6 years. In 2005 I became a Microsoft Certified Applications Developer for the .NET framework.

I have experience with both C# and VB.NET languages and whilst C# is my preferred choice, I have spent 2 years working mostly in VB.NET so I am comfortable using either language.

Areas of expertise with ASP.NET include:

• Content Management Systems
• E-Commerce platforms
• Web services
• Web Standards .NET development

Subsonic

I also have experience with Rob Conery’s Subsonic toolset. I regularly use it as a data layer solution within my projects and have used it as part of a larger development framework.

DNAide

Another toolset I commonly use in my .NET projects is Ste Brennans DNAide. This is a great collection of tools that help with common ASP.NET tasks, reducing development time and therefore costs.
